Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Products cannot be returned due to change of mind, incorrect ordering, or minor color variations caused by photography or screen settings.
If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping charges will be borne by Sithara Lace House.
